We found The Door Company while consulting with an adjacent vendor on a different project. The no-cost consult and estimate was for the complete replacement of the existing garage door system. The replacement system included 2" insulated garage door panels, windows in the top panel, and a new 1/2 HP belt drive opener with remotes. The windows in the top panel of the garage door were a great improvement allowing natural light into the garage, and thus not having to turn the ceiling lights on each time we entered the garage from the utility room. And with a south facing garage, the insulated garage door panels have made the summer temperatures in the garage more bearable. Additionally, operation of the new garage door system is so much quieter.

The sales staff, as well as the service technicians, were very personable and punctual. Telephone calls were returned promptly and no questions were left unanswered. Demolition of the old garage door system and installation of the new garage door system was completed in approximately 2-1/2 hours. At no time did we feel pressured or otherwise at risk in using this vendor. We highly recommend the use of this vendor and would have no reservations of employing their services in the future.

Jerry (Sales mgr) was very good to work with and understood my expectations. He was very timely and dispatched a tech to my house the same day.
